Tihal is a homemade meat preserved in a jarred butter. In ancient times, our ancestors prepared tihal in late autumn and used it until spring. It is served with butter, onions and pomegranate grains. Our signature cuisine offers you Аmuse-bouche — tihal with its complete ingredients:  the specially-prepared meat is served with onion biscuits and pomegranate gel. 

Second one is the double-textured Sevan trout, reserved fresh trout meat and scales, served with lemon crème. 

Third one is fried eggs with Armenian greens or jlmbour, a common dish in Artsakh.
