Sevan Whitefish with Sea Buckthorn

Whitefish is one of the most delicious, delicate and juicy Armenian fish thanks to the fresh water of the blue Lake Sevan. The other main ingredients of this dish — crab and sea buckthorn — also come from Sevan.


We tried hard to imitate the emerald mosaic and blue waves of Lake Sevan by merging the layers of tarragon and sea buckthorn sauces on your plate. And the other ingredients of the dish include the dough placed on the grape leaves, with butter and tarragon fish and crab ravioli under them.
